Who are we ?


Glosek Gourmet, a craft company located in Fleurance in the Gers, is specialized in the manufacture and development of canned desserts.
Created in 1998 by Michel Glosek, Chef for more than 25 years, trained at the prestigious school of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon and also a member of the National Cooking Academy for many years.
Since the creation of his company, Michel Glosek has never stopped innovating. He then designs and develops pastry desserts in jars that can be kept for 2 years without a cold chain.
All our products are made manually in our workshop and we are committed to working primarily with French raw materials.
The Glosek Gourmet team is now made up of around ten people who highlight the know-how, skills and values ​​dear to Michel Glosek.
